# MLS Coverage

The list below identifies MLSs Rechat is connected to. It is not a confirmation of access for your account. To confirm whether Rechat supports your local MLS, [contact Support](mailto:support@rechat.com).

### MLS listing updates and refresh troubleshooting

Rechat reads listing data from connected MLS sources. It does not write changes back to an MLS.

Make listing, status, photo, and MLS open-house changes in the MLS. Follow your brokerage's MLS process when required. Rechat receives the resulting listing data for available connections.

#### Coverage, connection, and entitlement

MLS data delivery, available fields, and permissions vary by MLS. The connection method and refresh behavior can also vary by MLS.

Use the coverage list above as a reference. In Rechat, open **Account Settings** → **Connected Accounts** to review connected MLS accounts. Use **Add MLS account** when you hold more than one MLS license.

Support can confirm coverage, entitlement, and required permissions for a specific MLS. Include the MLS name and your MLS ID.

#### Refresh timing and status

Rechat does not publish one numeric refresh interval for new listings, field updates, status changes, or photos. Timing depends on the MLS and its data delivery. A price or status update can arrive separately from photos.

Rechat does not provide a self-service listing re-fetch action. It also does not provide a per-listing sync-status view.

Do not treat a browser refresh as an MLS refresh. It only reloads the Rechat page.

If a change remains missing, contact Support through **Support** → **Customer Support** in Rechat or email <support@rechat.com>. Provide:

* MLS name, MLS number, and property address.
* Change type and the source-MLS change timestamp.
* The expected and displayed values or photos.

Support can evaluate MLS feed availability and processing. Support can also force a manual update.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.rechat.com/appendix/mls-support.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
