Manual Contact

Add client info directly into Rechat with all essential details like name, phone number, tags, and email.

Rechat lets you manually create new contacts, perfect for when you need to add one or more contacts quickly.

Steps

  1. Navigate to People: Contacts.

  2. Click New Contact in the upper right corner of the screen.

  3. Click Add Contact.

  4. Complete the New Contact form.

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Tags

    4. Source

    5. Auto Reminder

    6. Email

    7. Phone

    8. Contact Owner (Learn More)

If you're an assistant, or part of a team, creating a contact for someone else, click on 'Owner' and choose the member you're adding the contact for. You’ll still be able to view and update the contact.
