When you connect your Rechat account with your Outlook or Google accounts, Rechat will import all your contacts and continue scanning your emails for new ones. If you interact with a new contact through your email, Rechat will automatically create a contact for you and place it under Parked Contacts. You can then add this contact to your contacts with just one click.
Navigate to People: Contacts on the left-hand menu.
If you see a notification in the top right corner of the page, it means there are parked contacts awaiting your review.
Click on the notification and then the New contacts to review and add view.
Choose one or more contacts to add, and then select Add Contacts.
