The Follow Up Boss (FUB) integration allows you to bring your contacts from FUB into Rechat so you can use Rechat’s powerful marketing tools with the people already in your database.

How to connect Follow Up Boss to Rechat

Follow these steps on your computer (recommended):

1. Open your Rechat Account Settings

• Click your name (top right)

• Choose My Profile

• Select Integrations

2. Find Follow Up Boss

Scroll down the Integrations list until you see Follow Up Boss.

3. Click Connect

Rechat will send you to Follow Up Boss to sign in.

4. Approve the connection

• Log in to FUB (if needed)

• Click Allow / Authorize

You’ll return to Rechat automatically.

Once connected, you’ll see FUB listed as “Connected.”

The Follow Up Boss integration makes it simple to bring your contacts into Rechat and start marketing to them immediately. Setup takes under a minute, syncing happens automatically, and you can keep using Rechat just like you already do, now with your FUB database added in.
