# Follow Up Boss (FUB) Integration

**Good to Know: Your data stays in Rechat** Once your Follow Up Boss contacts have synced into Rechat, they remain in your Rechat account. If your Follow Up Boss account is later disconnected or canceled, your contacts will still be available in Rechat—you will not need to re-import them.

## **How to connect Follow Up Boss to Rechat**

Follow these steps on your computer (recommended):

#### **1. Open your Rechat Account Settings**

* Click your name (top right)
* Choose **My Profile**
* Select **Integrations**

#### **2. Find Follow Up Boss**

Scroll down the Integrations list until you see **Follow Up Boss**.

#### **3. Click Connect**

Rechat will send you to Follow Up Boss to sign in.

#### **4. Approve the connection**

* Log in to FUB (if needed)
* Click **Allow / Authorize**

You’ll return to Rechat automatically.

Once connected, you’ll see FUB listed as “Connected.”
