How to Set Up Your Domain for Email Sending

Proper DNS setup ensures your emails are authenticated and trusted by email providers.

Step 1: Verify Your Email Address

You will be prompted to verify your email before setting up your domain.

Step 2: Access DNS Instructions

Rechat will provide DNS records specific to your domain.

Step 3: Apply DNS Records

Log into your domain provider and add the required records.You will typically add:

• CNAME records

• TXT records

Step 4: Confirm Setup

After applying changes:

• Return to Rechat

• Click “Check Again”

• Wait for confirmation

Once complete, your domain will show as Authenticated.

Important Notes

• DNS changes will take time to propagate

• Incorrect entries may delay setup

• These changes do not affect your website
