# How to Set Up Your Domain for Email Sending

### **Step 1: Verify Your Email Address**

You will be prompted to verify your email before setting up your domain.

### **Step 2: Access DNS Instructions**

Rechat will provide DNS records specific to your domain.

### **Step 3: Apply DNS Records**

Log into your domain provider and add the required records.You will typically add:

* CNAME records
* TXT records

### **Step 4: Confirm Setup**

After applying changes:

* Return to Rechat
* Click “Check Again”
* Wait for confirmation

Once complete, your domain will show as **Authenticated**.

### **Important Notes**

* DNS changes **will** take time to propagate
* Incorrect entries may delay setup
* These changes do not affect your website
