Flipbook

Turn your presentations and brochures into a page-turning experience.

Flipbook is a new way to share your marketing materials in Rechat.

Instead of sending a static PDF, Flipbook transforms your content into an interactive, page-flipping experience—the digital equivalent of handing a client a beautifully printed booklet.

It’s clean, branded, easy to share, and requires no extra tools or setup.

Why use Flipbook?

When you're presenting to clients, how you present matters.

Flipbook helps you:

  • Stand out in listing presentations with a more polished experience

  • Walk clients through your materials in a structured, visual way

  • Share content that feels intentional and high-end

  • Replace static PDFs with something more engaging

  • Keep everything inside Rechat (no third-party tools or uploads)

What can be shared as a Flipbook?

Flipbook is available for:

  • Presentations (CMAs, listing presentations, buyer presentations)

  • Print Brochures (multi-page property marketing materials)

If your content is designed using Print View principles, it can be shared as a Flipbook.

When should you use Flipbook?

Flipbook is especially useful when you want to elevate your client experience.

Use it for:

  • Listing presentations where you want to impress and stand out

  • Buyer conversations where you’re walking through pricing or options

  • Sharing materials with remote clients

  • Following up after a meeting with something more polished than a PDF

  • Showcasing multi-page property brochures in a digital format
