Getting Started

Before You Start

Make sure you:

• Have a Canva account (free or paid).

• Have a Rechat account.

• Know which Rechat account/brand you want to connect.

Step 1: Install the Rechat App in Canva

1. Go to canva.com.

2. Click More → Apps.

3. Search for Rechat and select the app.

4. Click either:

   • Use in new design, or

   • Use in existing design.

Step 2: Connect Your Rechat Account

1. Click Connect in the Rechat panel.

2. Sign into your Rechat account when prompted.

3. Select your account/brand.

4. Click Allow.

Canva is now connected to Rechat.
