# View Email in Browser

The **View Email in Browser** feature allows you to insert a button into your email that generates a unique web link for each campaign.

When clicked, recipients are taken to a browser-based version of your email—perfect for sharing, accessibility, and backup viewing.

### How It Works

* This feature is available **when adding a Button** to your email
* A special placeholder link is automatically generated
* When the email is sent, that placeholder becomes a **live web version of your email**

### How to Add a “View Email in Browser” Button

1. Open your email in the Email Editor
2. Add a **Button** block from **Basics**
3. Click into the button settings
4. Clear any existing characters or text from the link field
5. Select or insert the **“View Email in Browser”** placeholder link
6. Update the button text (recommended: *“View in Browser”*)
7. Save and send your email

### Practical Use Cases

**Texting a Newsletter or Campaign**

After sending your email, you can copy the browser link and text it to clients who are more responsive via SMS. For example, “Hey! Just sent out this month’s market update, here’s a quick link if you want to check it out.”

**Sharing Listings with Ease**

Instead of forwarding emails, send a clean link to your listing email.
