# Market Reports

Rechat partners with [Local Logic](https://locallogic.co/) to display neighborhood and market data inside.

### Data Source

* Source: Local Logic
* Not sourced from: MLS or Rechat’s internal data

### Data Update Frequency

New Market Reports are made available on third day of each month.

For example, if you open up market reports on March 1st or March 2nd, you will still see January's report. On March 3rd, February's market reports will start populating.

### Why You May See “N/A” Values

Some areas may not have enough underlying data to calculate a particular metric. When that happens, Rechat displays “N/A” in place of missing values.

Common causes include:

* Small or rural areas with limited transaction or population data
* Metrics that don’t apply to certain property types or geographies
* Data that failed to meet Local Logic’s confidence thresholds

These fields will update automatically once sufficient data becomes available through Local Logic.

### Missing Towns or Search Results

If a town or area doesn’t appear in the search bar when creating a Market Report:

1. Double-check the spelling of the city or town name.
2. Try entering a broader geographic area (e.g., county or postal code).

If a location is missing from this list, it’s currently outside Local Logic’s dataset and may be added in a future update.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.rechat.com/guides/marketing/marketing-center/market-reports.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
