# For Admins

Stay current on the latest Rechat features and improvements designed to help you support your agents, strengthen brokerage operations, and manage the details behind every transaction.

This month brings a client-ready Seller Report, conversational access to Rechat through AI assistants, new tools powered by Lucy, and several quiet improvements with a real operational impact.

### Give Your Agents a Client-Ready Marketing Recap

Instead of piecing together updates manually, agents can generate one polished report that consolidates all listing marketing activity—including emails, social posts, digital advertising, print pieces, and performance results—to keep sellers informed.

The Seller Report includes:

* Marketing emails
* Email performance
* Social media posts
* Digital advertising
* Print marketing

Give your team a consistent, brand-aligned way to communicate value to sellers, reduce manual reporting time, and reinforce a professional client experience across your brokerage.

### Rechat x Claude

Connect Rechat once and ask your AI assistant to pull up contacts, search listings, check on transactions, create marketing materials, or manage your calendar—all through a simple conversation.

You can also combine Rechat data with other tools connected to your assistant, turning it into one hub that brings your whole business together.

Claude currently offers the most polished experience, with ChatGPT also supported depending on your plan.

### Quiet Improvements. Real Impact.

#### Bulk Templates in Figma

Users can now create a single template in Figma, automatically generate multiple instances from it, and export them in bulk—making it faster and easier to produce variations at scale.

#### Custom Blocks From the Figma Plugin

Select part of a design and save it as a reusable block directly from the Figma plugin. Name your blocks, control their visibility from the plugin panel, and make them available in the Marketing Center library.

#### Spam Report Tracking for Emails

You can now see the total number of spam reports received by an email and determine whether an individual recipient reported it as spam.

Spam-report data is available only from email providers that share this information.

#### Improved Thumbnails

Plain-email and website thumbnails now display a visual preview instead of text alone, making content easier to recognize and manage.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.rechat.com/monthly-release-roundup/august-2026/for-admins.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
