Fri Sep 25, 2026

### Deal Automation

Deal Automations gives admins a way to standardize repeatable actions across deal workflows. Teams can set up rules once and have important steps happen at the right point in the deal lifecycle, helping reduce missed follow-ups and manual coordination. This is especially useful for teams that want more consistent execution across similar deal types.

### Favorite Templates in Marketing Center

Agents can now favorite templates within each Marketing Center category. Favorite templates appear first for easier access and are also prioritized as the default templates when Rechat automatically selects a template for that category.

***

### More focused Map searches with Brand and list date filters

{% embed url="<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1X-N0Lpq8TIEBND5dW7ABl489dlKLtrJA/view?usp=drive_link>" %}

Agents can now narrow Map results to listings from a specific office, team, agent, or account, making it easier to focus on the inventory that matters most. A new List Date filter and table column also help users find listings by when they came on market, while the redesigned filters panel makes search controls easier to scan and use.

***

### Add Autocorrect to Listing Search

{% embed url="<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QKiKUwFC4zKyinTv2d87YASRO6JYTHEY/view?usp=drive_link>" %}

Listing Search now automatically detects and corrects spelling errors, helping users find relevant listings even when search terms are misspelled.

***

### Changes in email event tracking

{% embed url="<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cZ5GDMHGRGCDCi6N59GinppEWbleE3G1/view?usp=drive_link>" %}

The way we do open and click tracking has been adjusted to be more reflective of correct numbers

***

### Deal emails now start with the property context in the subject

{% embed url="<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SXykoUrEesPeNO-bMSF6q7XaLIuQ2nd6/view?usp=sharing>" %}

When composing an email from a deal, Rechat now automatically fills in the subject line with the deal’s property context using a clear “Regarding…” format.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.rechat.com/this-week-in-rechat/week-38-in-rechat.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
