# Celebrate Your Contacts

### Automated Emails

In the Contact Profile page, under the Events tab, agents now have the ability to select a template for birthdays, weddings, and home anniversaries. Once you do, Rechat will automatically send your contacts an email (which you can customize) on the occasion's date.

You can even change the email sender by selecting another agent in your team (if you have team members).

### Hip Pocket

For the ultimate Marketing experience, this update enables you to create a Hip Pocket. This feature allows you to build custom listings in the marketing section. If your listing doesn’t exist in the MLS, you can create it by inputting the data manually.

On the Marketing center, you can also formulate the upcoming listing earlier and utilize it on your medium email to advertise until publishing the listing. All created samples are kept in the My designs tab.
