Automatically Repeat Email Campaigns

Keeping your agents in front of their sphere consistently just got easier.

Brokerage Marketing Admins can now make Email Campaigns recurring, allowing the same Campaign to automatically become available again on a regular schedule without recreating it each time.

Set it once. Keep the opportunity going.

When creating a Campaign, Admins can enable Repeat This Campaign and choose how often it should repeat:

  • Every set number of days

  • Every set number of weeks

  • Every set number of months

The Campaign's first scheduled date starts the series, and Rechat continues creating upcoming occurrences based on the cadence you choose.

Agents enroll once for future sends

When an agent chooses to participate in a recurring Campaign, they select the contact tags they want to receive it. That enrollment then carries forward to future occurrences based on the schedule configured by the Admin.

Agents don't need to participate again each time the Campaign repeats. Contacts matching their selected tags will continue receiving future occurrences automatically.

Only the next occurrence appears as an upcoming Campaign, keeping the Marketing Center focused on what's coming next.

Manage the schedule anytime

Admins can return to the Campaign to change its recurring cadence or turn recurrence off.

Recurring Campaigns do not require an end date, making them useful for ongoing communications such as:

  • Educational buyer or seller content

  • Sphere marketing

  • Business-building content

  • Evergreen newsletters

  • Other repeat communications

Best practice: Recurrence works best with evergreen content that remains relevant from one send to the next. If the email itself changes each time—such as a newsletter with new monthly content—create a new Campaign for each edition instead.
