Searching for Deals Just Became More Organized

The latest improvement to the Rechat Deals page helps you find deals more efficiently as an Admin.

Here's what to know about this feature update:

  • The Side button allows you to refine your deals based on Listings and Buyings.

  • The Property Type button offers you the option to filter your deals based on Sale and Lease models. By selecting a property type with individual subsets, the relevant filters will appear for an in-depth search. If you choose the Lease option, you can set the Begin and End dates. If you select Sale, you can set the Executed and Closing dates.
