### **Searching for Deals Just Became More Organized**

The latest improvement to the Rechat Deals page helps you find deals more efficiently as an Admin.

Here's what to know about this feature update:

* The Side button allows you to refine your deals based on Listings and Buyings.
* The Property Type button offers you the option to filter your deals based on Sale and Lease models. By selecting a property type with individual subsets, the relevant filters will appear for an in-depth search. If you choose the Lease option, you can set the Begin and End dates. If you select Sale, you can set the Executed and Closing dates.
