# Impersonation Mode: Create and Manage Social Posts in Impersonation Mode

🚀 **Overview**

We are excited to announce that admins can now create and manage social media posts while impersonating agents.

🔍 **How It Works**

**Enter Impersonation Mode**\
Switch to the intended agent's account. Learn more about impersonation here.\
\
**Access Marketing**\
Once you are under the intended account, navigate to the **Marketing** section and select the desired **Social Template** type of content you want to create. Click **Create Social Post**, pick the desired design, and either schedule or send the post.\
\
**Posting on Social Media**\
After selecting a design and editing the content:

1. Click **Save & Continue**.
2. Navigate to the **Social Media** section.
3. Choose **Instagram**, pick the Instagram account, and add captions.
4. Click **Post** at the bottom—and you're done!

**What’s Changing?**

* **Before:** Admins could not create or manage social posts while impersonating an agent.
* **Now:** When in Impersonation Mode, admins can access the Marketing section, create and schedule social posts on behalf of agents.
* **Benefit:** This update improves workflow efficiency, allowing admins to directly support agents in managing their social media presence.
