Full-Service Mode: Manage Open House Registrations

Access to Open House Registration Pages as an Admin Overview We are excited to announce that admins can now create and manage Open House registration pages while impersonating agents.

How It Works

1. Enter Impersonation Mode

   • Switch to the intended agent's account. Learn more about how to impersonate here.

2. Access Open House

   • Once you are under the intended agent’s account, navigate to Listings and select Open House to create and manage Open House registrations on behalf of the agent.

3. Create an Open House Registration Page

   • You can now create, edit, and manage Open House registration pages just as you would in non-impersonation mode. Learn more about Open House registration pages here.

What’s Changing? • Before: Admins could not create or manage Open House registration pages while impersonating an agent. • Now: When in Impersonation Mode, admins can access the Open House section and create, edit, and manage registration pages on behalf of agents. • Benefit: This update streamlines Open House management, enabling admins to set up registration pages for agents directly, resulting in a smoother workflow and improved lead collection.
