# Full-Service Mode: Manage Open House Registrations

**Access to Open House Registration Pages as an Admin**\

**Overview**\
We are excited to announce that admins can now create and manage Open House registration pages while impersonating agents.

#### How It Works

1. **Enter Impersonation Mode**
   * Switch to the intended agent's account. [Learn more about how to impersonate here](https://help.rechat.com/whats-new/impersonating-agents-admin).
2. **Access Open House**
   * Once you are under the intended agent’s account, navigate to **Listings** and select **Open House** to create and manage Open House registrations on behalf of the agent.
3. **Create an Open House Registration Page**
   * You can now create, edit, and manage Open House registration pages just as you would in non-impersonation mode. [Learn more about Open House registration pages here](https://help.rechat.com/guides/open-house-registrations).

**What’s Changing?**\
**• Before:** Admins could not create or manage Open House registration pages while impersonating an agent.\
\&#xNAN;**• Now:** When in Impersonation Mode, admins can access the Open House section and create, edit, and manage registration pages on behalf of agents.\
\&#xNAN;**• Benefit:** This update streamlines Open House management, enabling admins to set up registration pages for agents directly, resulting in a smoother workflow and improved lead collection.
