# Improved Contacts

You can now conveniently manage and edit all of your Rechat Contacts' information in one place. After years of interacting with Agents, we learned that Agents prefer using spreadsheets to update their Contacts' data. You can now update your Contacts' info this way on the Contacts page in your Rechat dashboard. This lets you view and make edits to the information for all of your Rechat Contacts in a familiar spreadsheet format. Simply clicking on any field in your Contacts' info like Tags, Email, Phone, Flows, or Birthday allows you to update the information in real time.
