# Make Your Favorite Marketing Templates Easier to Find — and Use

Favorite Templates are now available in Marketing Center! ⭐

You can now favorite the marketing templates you use most, making your preferred designs easier to find — and helping Rechat choose the right design when creating marketing automatically.

### What's new?

Select the **star ⭐** on a template in Marketing Center to add it to your Favorites.

Your Favorites are prioritized while browsing templates and can influence the designs used by automated marketing experiences, including:

* **Lucy**
* **Listing Marketing emails**
* **Saved Search**
* **Testimonials**

Favorites are set by category, giving you control over the designs you prefer for different types of marketing.

### Personalized for agents, powerful for brokerages

Brokerages and brands can favorite preferred templates for their organization. Those Favorites flow down to applicable accounts, helping agents quickly find recommended, on-brand designs.

Agents can also add their **own Favorites** without replacing the templates their brokerage has favorited.

When Rechat automatically creates marketing, an agent's personal preference can take priority over an inherited brokerage preference.

That means brokerages can guide agents toward preferred designs while agents can still personalize their own marketing experience.

### Favorites don't limit your choices

Favorite Templates are designed to prioritize — not restrict.

You can still browse and use other templates available in Marketing Center at any time. And when you're manually selecting a template, Favorites are surfaced toward the beginning of the template list to make preferred designs easier to find.

#### Ready to set your Favorites?

Head to **Marketing → Marketing Center**, find the templates you use most, and select the **star ⭐**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.rechat.com/whats-new/make-your-favorite-marketing-templates-easier-to-find-and-use.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
