# Testimonial Tree Integration

Already collecting client reviews with Testimonial Tree? Now you can bring them into Rechat.

Rechat now integrates with **Testimonial Tree**, allowing agents who use Testimonial Tree to connect their account and bring their client reviews directly into Rechat.

Rechat now integrates with **Testimonial Tree**, making it easier to bring the client feedback you've already collected into your Rechat Testimonials library—and keep new testimonials coming in.

#### Bring Your Testimonials Together

Connect your Testimonial Tree account from **Testimonials > Settings > Testimonial Sources**.

Once connected, your existing Testimonial Tree testimonials are imported into Rechat, including details like the reviewer, testimonial, star rating, and submitted date.

New testimonials added through Testimonial Tree will continue syncing into Rechat automatically, approximately every **four hours**.

You'll also see **Testimonial Tree** listed as the source in your Testimonials library, so you'll always know where a review originated.

#### Why It Matters

Your best client stories shouldn't be stuck across different platforms.

By bringing Testimonial Tree reviews into Rechat, you can keep more of your client feedback together and make those testimonials easier to access when it's time to put them to work in your marketing.

Once they're in your Testimonials library, your client success stories are right where you need them when creating emails, websites, presentations, CMAs, and more.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.rechat.com/whats-new/testimonial-tree-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
