Brand templates consist of any marketing campaign your brokerage runs. All marketing materials would be put under this category. For example, imagine your brokerage runs a Summer Sale campaign named with a catchy phrase like Warm Homes. Your marketing team can prepare emails, social posts, Instagram stories and other collaterals which all will be put under the Brand category.
New Agent category is there for new agents who join your brokerage and want to create social posts or send out emails announcing their new career path to their friends, family and clients. A great way to get your brokerage's name out immediately to their circle of influence.
Rechat's property templates are designated for marketing listings during different stages of their life cycle.
Off Market / Coming Soon (for example to send in office)
As Seen In (For when a listing is advertised in a credible publication)
Another property-related template is a multiple-property email. This category is quite popular and often used by agents who are promoting and sharing multiple listings at the same time. Many agents use these templates like a weekly newsletter they send out to their sphere promoting different listings and open houses.
It is also common practice for agents to use these templates to share a number of listings with their buyers, so the communication is organized, trackable, beautiful and on-brand.
Team Library is not exactly a category in the Marketing Center. It is rather a library of all image assets you'd like to upload and make available to your own users to add to their designs.
These are images that are meant to serve as headlines and section separators inside of emails and newsletters. So instead of users having to create designs to insert on top of their emails you can provide different headers yourself, with different titles and look and feel for them to use in their emails.
Similar to headers, these can be images that serve as backgrounds in emails or in the header of emails that users can quickly swap to make more customized experiences.
Any other images and assets you might have that you'd like to make available to your users to insert into their designs you could add under this category.
