### Why Marketing may look different between accounts

Your Marketing experience is configured by your brokerage and may vary based on:

* Brokerage branding
* Available templates and assets
* Enabled product features
* Office, team, or regional access
* Account permissions
* Associated listings
* Available Campaigns
* Connected applications and services

It is normal for users from different brokerages—or different offices within the same organization—to see different marketing content.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note:** Categories and subcategories without available content are automatically hidden. A missing category does not necessarily indicate a technical problem.
{% endhint %}

### Administrator access

Brokerage administrators may have additional Marketing controls for:

* Uploading completed assets
* Managing branding and brokerage settings
* Creating reusable templates
* Controlling content availability
* Creating and managing Campaigns
* Coordinating marketing for agents

Administrator-only controls and procedures are identified throughout the relevant Help Center guides.

### Where to go next

Continue to **Marketing Center** to learn how to search, browse, preview, and begin using the marketing available through your brokerage.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.rechat.com/guides/marketing.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
