Flows - Streamline Your Client Outreach

How to Set Up Flows:
Navigate to the Flows section in your People Center.
Choose a pre-made Flow or create a custom one tailored to your needs.
Add contacts to the Flow or schedule it to start at a specific time.
Automated Touch Reminders
Touch reminders are automated notifications that prompt you to reach out to specific contacts based on their Tag on a set cadence, like "Buyer," "Seller," or "Past Client."

How to Set Up Touch Reminders
Go to My Settings > Manage Tags.
Assign a reminder cadence to each Tag (e.g., weekly, monthly).
Watch as reminders pop up on your Today Page, in your Rechat Daily email, and more, keeping you on track.
Triggers - Celebrate Milestones Automatically
Triggers are automated celebration emails for birthdays, home anniversaries, or other celebrations, that keep you connected with your clients.

How to Set Up Triggers:
Go to My Settings > Triggers.
Set up automations for dates like birthdays or anniversaries.
Any contact that has a date matching the Trigger will automatically receive an email celebration card from you every year.
