Flows - Streamline Your Client Outreach

Flows are automated sequences of emails, reminders, and tasks designed to nurture relationships with your clients and prospects effortlessly.

Why Use Flows?

  • Ensure consistent communication without manual effort.

  • Keep your leads engaged with timely and relevant messages.

  • Save time while staying top-of-mind with your clients.

How to Set Up Flows:

  1. Navigate to the Flows section in your People Center.

  2. Choose a pre-made Flow or create a custom one tailored to your needs.

  3. Add contacts to the Flow or schedule it to start at a specific time.

Automated Touch Reminders

Touch reminders are automated notifications that prompt you to reach out to specific contacts based on their Tag on a set cadence, like "Buyer," "Seller," or "Past Client."

Why Set Up Touch Reminders?

  • Build stronger relationships with consistent follow-ups.

  • Keep track of important dates like anniversaries or check-ins.

  • Ensure no contact falls through the cracks.

How to Set Up Touch Reminders

  1. Go to My Settings > Manage Tags.

  2. Assign a reminder cadence to each Tag (e.g., weekly, monthly).

  3. Watch as reminders pop up on your Today Page, in your Rechat Daily email, and more, keeping you on track.

Triggers - Celebrate Milestones Automatically

Triggers are automated celebration emails for birthdays, home anniversaries, or other celebrations, that keep you connected with your clients.

Why Use Them?

  • Show your clients you care with thoughtful, timely gestures.

  • Build loyalty by celebrating milestones.

  • Set it and forget it—Rechat handles the rest.

How to Set Up Triggers:

  1. Go to My Settings > Triggers.

  2. Set up automations for dates like birthdays or anniversaries.

  3. Any contact that has a date matching the Trigger will automatically receive an email celebration card from you every year.
