Tags are simple labels you create to organize and group your contacts in Rechat. They help you sort, filter, and quickly find contacts based on specific interests or characteristics. Whether you're organizing by type of client or planning a targeted marketing campaign, tags make it easy to connect with the right people at the right time.

Quick Organization: Easily categorize contacts (Buyers, Sellers, Past Clients, etc.).
Targeted Marketing: Send personalized campaigns by selecting specific tags.

How to Get Started
We recommend creating tags for each key group you’d want to message. Here are a few examples:
Buyer, Seller, Past Client – Core tags for your most important client groups.
Hot List – Contacts likely to purchase in the next 3 months.
Warm List – Contacts considering buying in the next 3-12 months.
Hobbies – Tag contacts with shared interests (Wine, Travel, Sports).
Special Events – Use tags like "Mother" or "Father" to send holiday greetings.
Special Buyer Types – Investor, Land, Commercial.
Location – Tags by neighborhoods or zip codes for hyper-local targeting.
Vendors – Organize contacts by service type (e.g., Plumber, Realtor).
Marketing with Tags
Tagging Multiple Contacts
While viewing your contact list, select the contacts you wish to tag.
At the bottom of your screen, select Tag.
Choose from your list of available Tags, or type in a new Tag.
