# Notify Agents of Missing Docs (Admin)

Rechat has made notifying agents of missing documents even easier! When in a Deal and an Admin selects "Notify Agents", a new email will open with a courtesy message that can be customized, along with a bulleted list of the documents selected that are hyperlinked directly back to the Deal, making it even easier for the agent to complete the referenced documents!&#x20;
