# Touch Reminders

Staying in touch with prospective, current and past clients is vital to an agent’s success. That’s why Rechat’s latest improvement drastically improves an agent’s ability to never fall out of touch with someone. Rechat has always offered the ability to set up automated touch reminders at the Tag level, but now agents can do so at the contact level.

To get started, simply open a Contact and in the upper right corner of the screen select **Manage** **Relationship**. You will have the selection of **Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually**. If none of those options work, simply select **Custom** and enter your preference in days.

Additionally, while inside a contact you’ll find that the email button has moved to just to the right of the contact name, and the add event and add note buttons have moved to their respective sections.
