#### Add a Lead Capture Form to Your Website **🚀**

Introducing the new Lead Capture Form—a simple, powerful way to turn your website visitors into leads!

#### 📌 How to Add a Lead Capture Form to Your Website:

1. **Head to your Marketing Center and choose a Website Template!**
2. **Insert the Lead Capture Block -** Find the section where you'd like your lead capture form to appear, then drag and drop the **Lead Capture block** into place.
3. **Select a Lead Destination -** Select a read route ([learn more about Managing Lead Routing](https://help.rechat.com/guides/crm/contacts/adding-contacts/lead-routing))
4. **Create a Custom Tag (Optional) -** Want to keep your leads organized? Add a custom tag (e.g. "Home Valuation Request" or "Buyer Inquiry Form") to help you quickly identify these leads later. Your leads will automatically be tagged with the Lead Source (e.g. "Website", “Zillow", "Realtor", "Email") and "Lead".
5. **Publish Your Website -** Once you've finalized your website edits, hit Publish!

#### 🔔 What Happens Next?

Whenever someone fills out your form, you’ll get a **New Lead Notification,** and they will appear in your contacts!

#### 👀 Viewing Your Leads

You can view your captured leads by:

* Clicking on your **New Lead Notification**
* Navigate to your **People Center** and filter by any custom tag or "Lead"

Leads will always be tagged as **“Lead”**, along with any custom tags you added during setup.If your lead left a note (e.g., “Looking to buy in May”), it will appear in their **Notes** section under their contact profile.
