The new design on the Flows page allows you to build a reminder on three steps, that include:

Add Reminder: This allows you to set calls, meetings, follow up, etc., to remind yourself of the events. Automated Email Marketing: Besides setting the reminder, you can attach a marketing center template and send it automatically. Automated Simple Email: Or send a simple email with just a piece of text.

Moreover, you can assign the Flows you have created to the contacts page and customize the triggers from there.
