# Contact Profile Overview

<figure><img src="/files/Da95pJr5i9opvy6a4ULg" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## Overview

The Contact Profile brings everything you need into one place:

* Contact details
* Communication history
* Tasks and reminders
* Notes and preferences
* (When enabled) access to your **Service Network**

Instead of jumping between tools, you can manage your entire relationship from a single screen.

### Contact Profile Layout

#### 1. Contact Card

At the top of the profile, you’ll find key contact details:

* Name
* Primary phone number
* Primary email address

This gives you quick access to reach out without digging through fields.

#### 2. Social Links

Quickly access your contact’s social profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Simply paste a profile URL into the contact record to enable clickable icons.

#### 3. Quick Actions

Take action without leaving the page:

* Add a **Reminder**
* Add a **Note**
* Adjust **Auto Reminders**

{% hint style="info" %}
💡 *Use this area to stay proactive with follow-ups.*
{% endhint %}

#### 4. Contact Tabs

Navigate between key views:

* **Details** → Full contact profile
* **Upcoming** → Tasks, reminders, and important dates
* **History** → Emails, texts, calls, and activity
* **Notes** → Personal insights and reminders

#### 5. Relationship

Track and manage engagement:

* Last time you contacted them
* How often you want to stay in touch

Touch reminders automatically appear in:

* Your Daily Email
* Calendar
* Today Page

#### 6. Tags

Organize and segment your contacts.

Tags can be used to:

* Categorize (Buyer, Seller, Past Client)
* Trigger automations
* Filter lists for marketing

#### 7. Contact Info

Store all essential details:

* Name and contact info
* Source (how you met them)
* Social profiles
* Website

This is your single source of truth for contact data.

#### 8. Flows

Automate your follow-up using Flows.

Examples:

* New Lead nurture
* Active buyer communication
* Past client check-ins

<a href="/pages/Ic0FNiMNvzYQBVg1HLWO" class="button primary" data-icon="book-open">Learn more about Flows</a>

#### 9. Touch Dates

Never miss important moments:

* Birthday
* Home Anniversary
* Work Anniversary

These can trigger automated outreach or reminders.

#### 10. Addresses

Store:

* Home
* Work
* Investment properties

Useful for:

* Mailers
* Property tracking
* Deal context

<figure><img src="/files/n5ktLszpwvAJNya9I18H" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### 11. Additional Details

Capture deeper insights:

* Title/Job Title
* Company
* Nickname
* Marketing Name

These fields help personalize your communication.

***

#### 12. Spouse/Partner

Keep related contacts connected within one record.

Includes:

* Name
* Email
* Phone
* Birthday

{% hint style="warning" %}
Note: Spouse/Partner email addresses receive marketing emails sent to primary contact.
{% endhint %}

#### Service Network (If Enabled)

When your brokerage has set up Service Network, you’ll see an option to access trusted service providers directly from the contact profile.

Use this to:

* Recommend lenders, inspectors, title reps, and more
* Introduce partners at the right time in your transaction
* Provide a more seamless client experience

{% hint style="info" %}
If you do **not** see Service Network, it means your brokerage has not enabled or configured it yet. Reach out to your admin for access.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Introduce providers early (like lenders before showings) to create a smoother, faster transaction.
{% endhint %}

### Best Practices

* Use **Notes** to capture personal details that build stronger relationships
* Set **Auto Reminders** so no contact goes cold
* Apply **Tags** consistently for better organization and marketing
* Check **History** before reaching out to stay context-aware
* Use **Flows** to automate repetitive follow-up
