Connecting Rechat to Outlook, or Google is simple, fast, and safe. It is also the most important step in setting up your CRM.
Rechat offers seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook and Google, making it easy to keep your data in sync across all platforms. With just a few clicks, you can connect your accounts and ensure that any updates made in Rechat are automatically reflected in Outlook and Google, and vice versa. This way, you can stay organized and up-to-date without having to switch between multiple applications.
Steps
Connecting your account takes less than 2 minutes:
Hover over People and select Contacts.
In the top right corner select Add.
Choose which account(s) you'd like to connect to and sign in.
Note: Be sure to say YES to all the permissions so Rechat can be fully-functional.
The sync will begin right away but it might take a while as there is usually a lot of history in Calendar, Emails and Contacts to bring over and process, but this work happens in the background so you can continue using the app.

To make the most out of your CRM, connecting Rechat to your Outlook and/or Gmail account is essential.
Rest assured that our integration with Outlook and Google is completely secure, and we undergo an extensive annual audit to ensure the safety of your data.
Your data and contacts belong to you, and we never share them with anyone, including your broker. You have exclusive access to them, and if you ever decide to leave Rechat, you can easily download and delete them to take them with you.
Benefits of Connecting
Connecting Rechat with your Outlook account is the single most important thing you can do for your CRM to be useful.
When your account is connected, any email you send out of Rechat will actually be sent from your Outlook account, and you'll be able to find it in your Outlook sent folder.
All emails you send from Rechat will provide you with full insight about who opened or clicked on the links inside of them.
Your calendar will be synced in real-time, so anything you put in Rechat will update your Microsoft Calendar and anything you input into your Microsoft Calendar will automatically update Rechat. You don't have to worry about managing two calendars.
All of your contacts will be synced automatically between your Microsoft and Rechat accounts. In addition, Rechat will track the emails you send out and if you don't have those as a contact in Rechat, it will make a contact for you and add it to your Parked Contacts so you can add it to your CRM with one click.
Rechat will also track your last touches with a contact and notify you if you are falling out of touch with them.
When your account is connected, you will have much richer contact profiles and be able to see a full timeline of your relationship with that contact, including all of your communications and calendar events you have had together.
Is it Safe to Connect?
Absolutely. Your data is yours! We do not share your data with anyone, not even your broker, without your permission, nor will we ever spam your contacts. Also, for security reasons, Rechat never saves the body of your emails on its servers; it only retrieves them in real-time when you need to view an actual email and haven't saved it anywhere.
Rechat conducts an extensive, annual audit with Google to keep this integration in place.
