With Rechat, you can set up and launch your ads without leaving the platform, saving you time and effort. Select a Social Static Template
Select your desired social media template in Rechat to create your post. Once finalized, you’ll see several sharing options, including the new Digital Ad option.
Set Your Campaign Specs
After selecting Digital Ad, you can easily customize your campaign directly within Rechat. No need for external tools—everything happens within the platform.
Each campaign includes the following key elements:
Date (Duration): The length of time your ad will run. By default, campaigns are set to run for 7 days, but you can customize the duration based on your goals. The minimum duration for any campaign is one day, giving you flexibility to control how long your ad stays live.
Total (Budget): The amount you want to spend on your ad campaign. The minimum budget required to run a campaign is $10, allowing you to choose a spending amount that aligns with your advertising goals.
Miles Around Listing (Radius): Ads are sponsored to an audience within a customizable radius, starting from a 15-mile minimum distance from the listing address.
Facebook Page: Select the page where the campaign will run or follow the steps to connect your account.
Description: Your ad description plays a crucial role in capturing attention. Highlight key features of the property or service you’re promoting and include a strong call to action (e.g., “Schedule a tour today!” or “Learn more about this exclusive listing!”).
Payment Information
Enter your payment information.
Your card will be charged once your ad has been published on the scheduled date.
Once your campaign is live, head over to Insight in your Marketing Center to view detailed performance data and track your ad's performance. You’ll be able to review a set of insights that provide essential metrics about how the ad performed. These metrics give you valuable data to help you understand your audience and optimize future ads. As a note, the analytics may take a few hours to load after your ad runs for the first time.
Key Insights:
Leads: Total number of people who submitted their contact information for your ad.
Impressions: Total count of how often the ad was displayed.
Reach: Total number of unique people who have seen your ad.
Clicks: Total number of clicks your ad has received.
CTR (Click-Through Rate): The percentage of viewers who clicked on your ad.
CPC (Cost Per Click): The dollar amount paid for each click on your ad.
Status: Shows the current status of your campaign (Scheduled, Active, Finished).
Actions: Allows you to pause or delete a campaign as needed.
