# Notify Agents on Deals

### Notify Agents of Multiple Copies 

This update is found on the Deals page - when agents want to print, view, or DocuSign a deal form on the folder of the Listing checklist (if this involves multiple files) a tooltip will pop up on the right side of that case. 

This opens up the folder and allows agents to select which copy is required.
