# Campaigns

## What are Campaigns?

Campaigns are automated email marketing emails that your brokerage designs to help you stay connected with your contacts effortlessly. These emails, created by Marketing Admins, are customized with your branding and signature, so they always feel personal and professional.

With Campaigns, you can share updates and stay top-of-mind with your audience—all without lifting a finger. You can preview preview and participate in a campaign, or duplicate it and customize it, giving you full control over how and when you engage with your clients.

Campaigns save you time, streamline your communication, and help you build stronger relationships with your contacts.

## How do I participate in Campaigns?

You can preview upcoming email campaigns created by Marketing Admins in the [Marketing Center](https://app.rechat.com/dashboard/marketing) or on the Insights page. If you’re not already participating in a campaign, you can choose to participate in it. If you decide to opt out of a campaign, it will only apply to your account and won’t affect other participants. By opting out, you'll also have the opportunity to customize it and send it at a later date and time.

You also have control over whether Admins can add you to future campaigns. This setting can be adjusted in your [Account Settings](https://app.rechat.com/dashboard/account/campaigns) whenever needed.

To protect your privacy, Admins can only select recipients using your contact **tags**—they won’t have access to view your individual contacts.
