Rechat's Agent Network allows you to market your listings and sales with our beautiful email templates to nearby agents.

Steps to Market Your Listings

1. Hover over the Marketing tab select Agent Network

2. Select a Listing or enter an Address in the upper right corner.

3. After selecting a listing or address, you can view the list of nearby agents, and change the radius or postal code surrounding the listing you wish to promote. You can also select/deselect which agents to send to.

4. Once you have chosen your audience, you can select from a library of email templates and add any customizations before sending your email.

Can I track the success of my shared listings? Yes! You can track how well your shared listings perform by checking the engagement stats within Insights. You’ll be able to see how many agents have opened and clicked your email.

Is there any limit to the number of listings I can share? No, there’s no limit to the number of listings you can share within Agent Network, but remember you do have a monthly email quota. You can share as many listings as you like to increase visibility and foster collaborations.

How do I ensure my listings stand out? Make sure your email is complete, with high-quality images, a detailed description, and accurate information. The more professional your listing looks, the more likely it is to catch the attention of other agents in the network.
