# Sign up, Sign in

Most people will log into Rechat directly by going to[ ](https://www.rechat.com)[app.rechat.com](https://app.rechat.com/signin). You’ll have to enter your username (typically your email address) and your password.

If you don't have an account, but your company is using Rechat, please contact your company's admin for more information. Alternatively, you can contact Rechat support at <support@rechat.com>.

If you ever forget your password, you can [click the “Forgot” link](https://app.rechat.com/password/forgot) on the Sign in page to reset it.\
If you don't see the reset link directly in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders.
