Most people will log into Rechat directly by going to app.rechat.com. You’ll have to enter your username (typically your email address) and your password.

If you don't have an account, but your company is using Rechat, please contact your company's admin for more information. Alternatively, you can contact Rechat support at [e-mail].

If you ever forget your password, you can click the “Forgot” link on the Sign in page to reset it. If you don't see the reset link directly in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders.

Some clients will access Rechat via their Company Intranet. If you are unsure if this applies to you, check with your admin or brokerage leadership.
