## How to create Print marketing

### Step 1: Choose your category

Start by selecting what you’re creating marketing for.

Examples:

* **Properties → Open House**
* **Properties → Just Listed / Just Sold**
* **Brand → New Agent / Brand Campaigns**

### Step 2: Choose your medium

Next, choose the type of marketing piece you want to create:

* **Flyers**

### Step 3: Choose a template
