# Print Marketing

Learn how to create, customize, download, share, and professionally print branded materials in Rechat.

Create polished, on-brand materials for listings, market reports, seller reports, testimonials, personal marketing, and more.

With Print Marketing, you can customize your company’s approved designs and then download them as PDFs, share them through public links, open them as free Flipbooks, or send them to an available professional printing provider.

### Why use Print Marketing?

Print Marketing helps you produce professional materials without starting from a blank design.

Depending on the content provided by your company, you can use Print Marketing to:

* Promote a new listing, open house, price change, or recent sale
* Create property flyers, postcards, brochures, and signs
* Prepare seller reports or market reports
* Share client testimonials
* Build personal or company brand awareness
* Create business cards and other agent marketing
* Download print-ready PDFs
* Submit eligible designs for professional printing
* Turn any Print design into a free digital Flipbook

Rechat brings your company’s templates, approved branding, property information, photos, and sharing options into one workflow.

### Before you begin

The Print Marketing experience is customized for your company.

#### Categories vary by company

Print templates can appear under categories such as:

* Properties
* Seller Report
* Market Reports
* Brand
* Testimonials
* Celebrations
* Holidays
* Other company-specific categories

Print Marketing is not limited to listing collateral. A company can make Print templates available for any supported marketing category.

#### Formats vary by company

Common Print formats include:

* Brochure
* Flyer
* Postcard
* Other

Some companies may also provide business cards, signs, folded brochures, letters, or additional specialty formats.

#### Templates and assets behave differently

Print content may be provided as either a customizable **template** or a completed **asset**.

* A **template** can be opened and customized in Rechat.
* An **asset** is already complete and can be downloaded or shared without opening the editor.

When previewing content:

* **Next** indicates that you selected an editable template.
* **Share** indicates that you selected a completed asset.

#### Some design elements may be locked

Your company can lock logos, colors, fonts, disclosures, or other design elements to maintain brand and legal compliance. Locked elements cannot be changed by individual users.

#### Professional printing varies by company

If your company has connected a supported printing provider, the professional-printing option appears in Rechat as **ProPrint**.

Depending on your company, ProPrint may connect to:

* XpressDocs
* MyMarketingMatters

If ProPrint is not available, you can still download the completed design as a PDF and use your preferred printer.

### Create Print Marketing

The standard Print Marketing workflow is:

**Choose a category → Select Print → Choose a format → Select a template**

#### Step 1: Open the Marketing Center

1. Open **Marketing**.
2. Select **Marketing Center**.
3. Choose the category that matches what you want to create.

You may need to scroll horizontally through the category menu to see additional options.

Categories without available content may not appear in your Marketing Center.

Print Marketing is not limited to property promotion. Your company may provide Print templates for market reports, seller reports, testimonials, brand marketing, and other categories.

#### Step 2: Select Print

After choosing a category, select **Print** from the available marketing channels.

A category may contain templates for multiple channels, including:

* Email
* Social
* Print
* Video

Selecting **Print** limits the results to Print templates and assets available within the selected category.

**FYI:** Print follows the same general Marketing Center workflow as Email, Social, and Video. Begin with a category, choose the applicable channel and format, and then select your content.

#### Step 3: Choose a format

Select the type of Print material you want to create.

Common options include:

* **All**
* **Brochure**
* **Flyer**
* **Postcard**
* **Other**

Additional formats, such as business cards or signs, may appear when provided by your company.

Select **All** to browse every Print design available within the selected category.

#### Step 4: Select a template or asset

Browse the available designs and select the one you want to use.

You can:

* Preview a design before selecting it
* Use the on-screen arrows to move between designs
* Select **Next** to continue with an editable template
* Select **Share** to download or share a completed asset

#### Step 5: Provide the requested information

When an editable template requires additional information, Rechat displays the appropriate selection screen.

The information requested depends on the category and template. Rechat may ask you to select:

* A property
* A market-report location
* A testimonial
* Other content required by the design

Rechat uses your selection to populate the applicable template fields.

For example:

* A property design may populate listing details and photos.
* A market report may populate information for the selected location.
* A testimonial design may populate the selected testimonial.
* A brand or holiday design may not require an additional selection.

This behavior is consistent across Print, Email, Social, and other Marketing Center channels.

**Important:** Rechat can only populate information available from the source you select. Always review the completed design and correct or add any missing information before saving, sharing, or printing it.

#### Step 6: Customize the design

Use the editor to customize the available elements.

Depending on the template, you may be able to:

* Edit text and headlines
* Replace or rearrange photos
* Upload your own images
* Add or remove pages
* Add or remove available sections
* Resize or reposition editable elements
* Insert QR codes and other supported elements
* Adjust the content and layout

The dimensions and orientation of the original template cannot be changed.

Bleed marks, margins, safe areas, and other print-production settings depend on the selected design.

Your company may lock certain elements to preserve required branding, formatting, or legal information.

Customize the editable text, photos, pages, and other elements before selecting Save & Continue.

### Work with images

For the best printed result, use clear, high-resolution images.

Rechat may use Lucy to enhance images while rendering the finished design. Image enhancement can increase the time needed to prepare the final file.

Before continuing:

* Confirm that photos are clear and correctly positioned.
* Replace any low-quality or outdated images.
* Review cropped images carefully.
* Confirm that no important portion of an image falls outside the visible or printable area.

**Best practice:** Always inspect the downloaded PDF before ordering or printing multiple copies. The final PDF provides the most accurate preview of the printed material.

### Save your design

An unfinished Print design must be saved manually.

To save your work:

1. Click **Save & Continue**.
2. Review the available download and sharing options.
3. Complete the desired action or exit the sharing panel.

The design will be saved under:

**Marketing → History → Print**

**Important:** Rechat does not automatically save the design as a draft. If you leave the editor without clicking **Save & Continue**, your latest work may be lost.

### Download, share, or print your design

After clicking **Save & Continue**, Rechat displays the options available for the design and device you are using.

Available options may include:

* Download file
* Flipbook
* Get Link
* ProPrint

From the Share panel, download the design as a PDF, open a free Flipbook, or copy a public, view-only link.

### Download the design as a PDF

To download the completed design:

1. Expand **Download file**.
2. Click **Download**.

Print Marketing designs are downloaded as PDF files.

You can use the PDF to:

* Print the material yourself
* Send it to a local printer
* Attach it to an email
* Save a completed copy for your records
* Share it outside Rechat

### Open a free Flipbook

Every Print design can be opened as a free Flipbook from Rechat’s web experience.

A Flipbook turns the design into an interactive, page-turning digital experience. It provides a polished way to share traditionally printed materials online without requiring the recipient to download a PDF.

To open the Flipbook:

1. Expand **Flipbook**.
2. Click **Open**.

Flipbook is available at no additional cost.

**Mobile availability:** Flipbook is not currently available from the mobile Print experience. Open Rechat on the web when you want to access the Flipbook version of a design.

### Share with a public link

Get Link creates a public, view-only version of the finished design.

Anyone with the link can view the design without signing in to Rechat, but they cannot edit it.

To copy the link:

1. Expand **Get Link**.
2. Click **Copy**.
3. Paste the link into the communication where you want to share it.

You can share the link through:

* Email
* Text message
* Social media
* Your website
* Client or team communications

**Best practice:** Open the copied link in a private or incognito browser window before sharing it. This lets you verify what recipients will see without relying on your active Rechat session.

### Order professional printing with ProPrint

If your company has connected a supported printing provider, **ProPrint** appears as an available sharing option.

ProPrint is Rechat’s name for the professional-printing workflow. The printing provider connected to ProPrint depends on your company.

Supported providers may include:

* XpressDocs
* MyMarketingMatters

The design is created and customized in Rechat. After it is transferred, the connected provider handles the remaining ordering and fulfillment process.

#### Print through XpressDocs

When XpressDocs is connected:

1. Expand **ProPrint**.
2. Select **XpressDocs** as the service provider.
3. Select the XpressDocs product you want to order.
4. Click **Continue**.
5. Complete the remaining order in XpressDocs.

Rechat imports the finished design into XpressDocs. Product configuration, quantities, paper selections, payment, shipping, and fulfillment are then handled within XpressDocs.

When XpressDocs is connected, select the XpressDocs product in Rechat before continuing to complete the order with XpressDocs.

#### Print through MyMarketingMatters

When MyMarketingMatters is connected:

1. Expand **ProPrint**.
2. Select the available MyMarketingMatters option.
3. Continue to MyMarketingMatters.
4. Select the product and complete the order within MyMarketingMatters.

Rechat transfers the finished design into MyMarketingMatters. Product selection, configuration, payment, shipping, and fulfillment are handled within MyMarketingMatters.

When MyMarketingMatters is connected, continue to the provider to select the product and complete the order.

**Note:** If ProPrint does not appear, your company may not have a supported printing provider connected. Download the PDF and use your preferred printer, or contact your company’s marketing team for information about available printing services.

For questions about payment, shipping, fulfillment, or an order that has already been submitted, contact the connected printing provider.

### Find and manage saved Print designs

After clicking **Save & Continue**, you can access the design from your Marketing History.

To find it:

1. Open **Marketing**.
2. Select **History**.
3. Choose **Print**.
4. Locate the saved design.

Available actions include:

* **Edit:** Reopen the design and make changes.
* **Duplicate:** Create a new copy without changing the original.
* **Download:** Download the completed design.
* **Delete:** Remove the design from your History.

Saved Print designs can be reopened, edited, duplicated, downloaded, or deleted from Marketing History.

### Create Print Marketing on mobile

Print Marketing is also available from Rechat’s mobile experience.

On mobile, you can:

* Browse available categories and Print formats
* Select a template
* Customize the design
* Save the design
* Download the PDF
* Copy an available share link
* Use an available ProPrint integration

The available categories, formats, templates, and printing provider are still determined by your company.

Flipbook is not currently available from the mobile Print experience. Use Rechat on the web when you need to open a Flipbook.

Print designs can be created, saved, downloaded, and sent to ProPrint from mobile. Flipbook is currently available only on the web.

### Best practices for Print Marketing

Before downloading, sharing, or ordering your design:

* Choose the category and format that best match your goal.
* Review all automatically populated information.
* Confirm the property, location, testimonial, or other selected content.
* Replace low-quality or outdated photos.
* Check your name, title, phone number, email address, and other profile information.
* Confirm that required company branding and disclosures are present.
* Review every page of a multipage design.
* Test any QR codes or links.
* Click **Save & Continue** before leaving the editor.
* Download and review the final PDF before ordering professional printing.

### Frequently asked questions

#### Why don’t I see the same categories shown in this article?

Print categories are determined by your company. Your available categories may differ based on your company, region, office, team, or account permissions.

#### Is Print Marketing only for listings?

No. Depending on your company’s templates, you may find Print Marketing for properties, seller reports, market reports, testimonials, brand marketing, business cards, signs, holidays, celebrations, and other needs.

#### Why don’t I see a particular Print format?

Print formats are also determined by your company. Common formats include brochures, flyers, postcards, and Other, but your company may provide additional or different options.

#### What is the difference between a template and an asset?

A template can be customized in Rechat. An asset is already complete and can be downloaded or shared without opening the editor.

When previewing content, **Next** indicates a template and **Share** indicates an asset.

#### Can I change the dimensions or orientation?

No. The dimensions and orientation are established by the template and cannot be changed in the editor.

#### Why can’t I edit part of the design?

#### Does someone need a Rechat account to open my shared link?

No. Get Link creates a public, view-only version of the finished design. Recipients can view it without signing in to Rechat, but they cannot edit it.

#### What is ProPrint?

ProPrint is Rechat’s professional-printing workflow. Depending on your company, it may connect to XpressDocs or MyMarketingMatters.

#### Why don’t I see ProPrint?

ProPrint appears only when your company has connected a supported printing provider. If it is unavailable, download the PDF and use another printer or contact your company’s marketing team.

#### Where do I manage an order after sending it to ProPrint?

After Rechat transfers the design, product configuration, payment, shipping, fulfillment, and order management are handled by the connected printing provider.

#### How do I save my Print design?

Click **Save & Continue**. Saved designs can be reopened under **Marketing → History → Print**.

Leaving the editor without clicking **Save & Continue** may result in lost work.

#### Can I edit a saved design?

Yes. Open **Marketing → History → Print**, locate the design, and select **Edit**.

#### Can I reuse a previous design?

Yes. Open **Marketing → History → Print**, locate the design, and select **Duplicate** to create a new copy without changing the original.
