Overview

Introducing enhanced placeholders in the Marketing Studio, designed to streamline your workflow. This update introduces a directory-style approach for managing placeholders, ensuring a more intuitive experience.

How It Works

  1. Accessing the Placeholder System

    • Navigate to Template Studio.

    • Click the Placeholder button to open a nested horizontal list resembling directories.

  2. Using Placeholders

    • By default, the Sender category is expanded.

    • Select a category to view its associated placeholders.

    • Click on a placeholder to append it to your template as "Placeholder."

  3. Customizing Templates with Placeholders

    • After inserting placeholders, adjust their positioning or add accompanying text.

    • Save your design when satisfied.

What’s Changing?

  • Before: Users had to manually locate and insert placeholders, making the process tedious and error-prone.

  • Now: Placeholders are organized in directories for easier selection and use.

  • Benefit: This enhancement simplifies the template creation process, improves efficiency, and reduces user frustration.

Supported Placeholders

  • Sender Placeholders: Include company name, phone number, and address.

  • Recipient Placeholders: Include recipient name, email, and phone number.

  • Market Report Placeholders: Include property type, period (month, quarter, year), and location.
