Enhanced Placeholders
Placeholders are powerful tools that enable admins and agents to dynamically insert relevant information into emails, templates, and other communication materials.
This feature saves time and ensures accuracy by automatically pulling data from your Rechat platform. Enhanced Placeholders provide expanded functionality and flexibility, particularly for admins, by allowing the use of advanced placeholders such as listing and office information.
