### **What Changed (and Why It Matters)**

Finding the right people in your database should be quick, especially when you’re following up, prospecting, or preparing for appointments.

Previously, filtering contacts required multiple steps:

* Open the Filter dropdown
* Choose a filter
* Select the criteria

Now, **your most commonly used filters are available instantly at the top of your contacts list**, saving time and keeping your workflow moving.

#### 1. All Contacts

**What it does:** Shows your entire contact database.\
**Why it matters:** Use this as your starting point when you want a full view of your sphere, database size, or total contacts.

#### **2. Leads**

**What it does:** Filters your list to show only lead contacts.\
**Why it matters:** Perfect for daily follow-up, pipeline review, and staying focused on active opportunities.

#### 3. Tags

**What it does:** Filters contacts by one or more tags (Buyer, Seller, Open House, Past Client, Newsletter, and more).\
**Why it matters:** Tags power your segmentation. Faster access means quicker outreach and more targeted communication.

#### **4. Parked Contacts**

**What it does:** Shows contacts that are temporarily set aside from your active workflow.\
**Why it matters:** Keeps your main contact list clean while still giving you quick access to contacts you may want to revisit later.

#### **5. Assignee**

**What it does:** Filters contacts by who they’re assigned to.\
**Why it matters:** Ideal for teams and shared lead management so you always know who owns the next follow-up.

#### **6. Flow**

**What it does:** Filters contacts based on what Flow they’re enrolled into (automation).\
**Why it matters:** Quickly see who’s being nurtured automatically and who may need manual follow-up or a new flow.

#### **7. More**

**What it does:**\
Gives you access to additional, less frequently used filters, including:

* Open House
* Birthday
* Child Birthday
* Home Anniversary
* Wedding Anniversary
* Work Anniversary
* Origin
* Title

**Why it matters:**\
These filters are perfect for more intentional outreach like anniversary check-ins, birthday touches, open house follow-up, or refining your database by where contacts came from. Keeping them under **More** keeps your main view clean while still giving you powerful options when you need them.
