Manage Your Email Quota
You can now purchase and manage your email quota right inside Rechat, no more reaching out to our Support or Customer Success teams to increase your limits.
This update gives you full control and flexibility over your email usage. Whether you’re running multiple campaigns or sending newsletters to your sphere, you can instantly add more emails to your account whenever you need them, and manage your subscription with ease.
How It Works
Go to Your Profile
Click your profile photo at the top right and select My Profile.
Locate Your Email Quota
Select the Email tab.
Under Email Quota, you’ll see your current usage and limit.
Manage or Upgrade
Click Manage Subscription to open the subscription management page.
You’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe page where you can view, upgrade, or cancel your plan.
Automatic Updates
Once payment is complete, your new quota will appear automatically in your account, no refresh needed.
Payment & Subscription Management
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can:
Upgrade to a higher email quota at any time.
Downgrade or cancel your plan when needed.
View your active and past subscriptions directly from the same page.
