Contexts connect pieces of information to checklist types. For example, a Residential Buyer may need a different context than a Commercial Lease.

Contexts connect pieces of information to checklist types. For example, a Residential Buyer may need a different context than a Commercial Lease.
Step 1: Go to Deals Settings > Contexts.

Step 2: Click Create Context.

Step 3: Enter a Context Title (e.g., “Residential Buyer”), Type and ID.
Step 4: Set requirements: mark contexts as Required, Optional, or N/A.

Step 5: Save your context.
Without contexts, all agents see the same generic fields. Contexts tailor the workflow and required information to each type of deal.
