Add Contacts

Learn about the four ways you can add contacts.

You can add contacts to your CRM in a few different ways:

  1. Connect to Outlook, Google. This is our favorite way of adding your contacts automatically to Rechat. As explained in this section, Rechat does a lot more than just adding contacts.

  2. Create a Contact Manually.

  3. Import Contacts from CSV Spreadsheet. This is when you are importing from any other CRM or your spreadsheet.

  4. Import from Your Mobile Phone.
