Touch Reminders

Staying in touch with prospective, current and past clients is vital to an agent’s success. Rechat improves an agent’s ability to never fall out of touch with a contact. Agents can set touch reminders at the tag level, or contact level.

  1. Open a Contact

  2. Select Manage Relationship

  3. Select the desired cadence

Touch reminders are offered Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. If none of those suit your needs, you can select Custom and enter your preference in days.
